Each person will need to have their own token. The token will be handed in on the day to collect your hangi sample. Whānau need to sign in and be seated in the school hall at 11.30am.
# Tamariki can start bringing in their vegetables to their classrooms from Wednesday 29 January.
# Hangi helpers on the day (hangi pit/servers/kitchen crew). If you are able to help on the day or have any queries please contact Whaea Sheenagh 0272048900 or email sheenaghf@sps.kiwi.nz
# Urgent Donations of meat – beef, lamb or pork (Contact Whaea Sheenagh if you can donate any meat or drop off at the School Office by Tuesday 4 February).
School Lunches:
The Government continues to fund free school lunches for our tamariki. A big change this year is that the Government have selected Compass to provide the meals. Lunches will start on Monday 10 February 2025, we hope that this will flow smoothly, however please be patient should any issues arise. Please note, changes to the lunch ordering will now take two weeks to add new students onto the programme after the start date.
