Kia ora whānau

A huge thank you to the Year 5-6 Team, support staff and whānau for ensuring our ākonga had a wonderful time at the Vertical Horizons Camp this week. Look out for photos in next week’s newsletter.

I would also like to thank our Home and School Association for the wonderful fundraiser held last Friday night. Look out for photos in next week’s newsletter. We are grateful for their efforts in helping raise funds for the purchase of new Ipads for our ākonga.

The Year 1-6 Weetbix Tryathlon and Whānau Day are fast approaching. If you have any questions about the Tryathlon, please speak with your child’s classroom teacher. Later in the term, ākonga will be asked to contribute to the school hangi. See below for a list vegetables that they will need to bring in just before our Whānau Day on Friday 27 March. If parents/ grandparents are wanting to attend on this day and receive a small portion of hangi, please register in the office to collect a token. We have limited tokens for the hangi.
