What is happening next week:

  • Monday 22 June: Rooms 9/11, as well as Rooms 15/18 will be visiting the Stratford Library. 
  • Tuesday 23 June: Rooms 10/13, as well as Rooms 19/20 will be visiting the Stratford Library; Huranga Whānui – Year 7-8 (Tech Programme); Sport Taranaki; Year 5-6 Rippa Finals in New Plymouth. 
  • Wednesday 24 June: Huranga Whānui – Year 7-8 (Tech Programme); The Junior Team will be learning about Fossils; Year 7-8 Rippa Finals in New Plymouth. 
  • Thursday 25 June: Kapa Haka; Speech Finals in the School Hall from 9.00am to 11.00am.
  • Friday 26 June: Assembly at 9.15am – all whānau are welcome to attend; Jumping June Event – Year 1-2 and Year 7-8. 

Key Dates for Term 2

  • Friday 3 July: Last day of Term 2. School finishes at 2.35pm.

Key Dates for Term 3

  • Monday 20 July: Term 3 starts at 8.45am. School finishes at 2.35pm as we are still in Winter Term Hours.
  • Thursday 30 July: School finishes at 2pm, followed by Parent Interviews. 
  • Thursday 6 August: School finishes at 2pm, followed by Parent Interviews. 
  • Monday 31 August: Teachers Only Day. 
  • Friday 25 September: Last day of Term 3. School finishes at 2.35pm. End of the Winter Hours. 

Please drive slowly along Regan Street, during before and after school times

There is a 30km speed limit during school drop off times. Lately, a number of cars have been speeding during this time. Please can everyone drive slowly during these times to keep our tamariki safe. Whānau can you remind friends and family who also drive along Regan Street during these times. 

Paper Road Access

The road between the Junior Block and the swimming pool is jointly owned by the school and the Stratford District Council. This road is reserved for council staff, school staff, and whānau who hold a valid car park pass.

The Principal issues passes to whānau who require assistance and/or have tamariki with complex needs. All other vehicles are not permitted to use or park on this road.
