Please can meat be dropped off to the office ASAP. If whānau are attending and would like a portion sample of hangi, contact the school office by Monday 13 February to organise your food token. Here is the order of events for the day:

– Welcome from the Kapa Haka Roopu
– Mr Elder to speak

All the best to our Swimming Team who will be competing with other local schools for the Turnbull Cup next Wednesday. Races start after 6pm.

Key Reminders for Tamariki and Whānau:
Tamariki cannot be on school grounds before 8.15am: We have had a couple of tamariki dropped off at school by whānau or who have walked to school before 8am! It is not safe for tamariki to be at school before 8.15am.Contact the Office for further information/advice.

School Camps: It is too late for whānau to attend camp if they have not been Police Vetted. We advertised this in Term 4 last year that the vetting process can take up to a month to complete. Whānau can complete a police vet form for future camps/events. Contact the office for further information.

Paid Union Meeting. School will finish at 12pm on Monday 27 February: We ask that whānau collect their tamariki at 12pm on this day. School will still be open for instruction. However, we will only have a few teachers onsite as most of them will attend the Paid Union Meeting. If you cannot collect your son/daughter at this time please contact your classroom teacher so arrangements can be made to have them supervised until 2.55pm.
