School holiday message from Jason Elder
Wednesday 13 April 2022
Kia Ora Whānau
Tomorrow is the last day of the school term, where school will finish at 2.55pm. I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Easter Weekend. ANZAC Day is also occurring in the holidays. Please make sure our tamariki learn something about ANZAC Day and remembering those people who protected New Zealand in the previous wars, particularly in light of what is happening in Ukraine at the moment.
Traffic Light Updates:
We have had another very settled week at Stratford Primary School. The SPS Team have begun planning for Term 2. As of 11.59pm tonight, the country will move to the Orange Traffic Light setting. We have decided to stay at Red Traffic Light for the last day of school. Term 2 we will start with the Orange Traffic Light Setting. Draft Orange Traffic Light Guidelines can be found here on the school website.
Hopefully the Traffic Light settings will change to Orange or Green at the start of Term 2. Draft Orange Traffic Light Guidelines can be found here on the school website.
Phone Interviews: Have you booked a time?
Earlier this week, information was shared around ‘Phone Interviews’ for early Term 2. Over 60 whānau have already booked 89 interviews. Click here to view how to book an interview.
