Rima Wiki (Week 5), Term 2 2022: Next week’s message from Jason Elder
Friday 27 May 2022 Kia Ora Whānau ERO have completed their initial visit with the Leadership Team and members of the Board. ERO are reviewing schools in a different way now. They will work alongside all schools to evaluate the progress with Board Improvement Plans. A profile of the school is now being created, which sets out our plans for the next 1-2 years. The focus is on writing, particularly boys writing. ERO’s evaluation process will support the Board’s overall school improvement goals. Once completed, the school profile will be shared with the community. Winter sports continue. Remember to support your children to attend trainings and games. Being committed to a sports team develops all the SPS Values and supports tamariki to ‘AIM High’ and ‘be the best they can be’. We have had a drop in ākonga cases this week.
